Ahmed Khairy Handmade Rugs & Carpets is one of few manufacturers of high quality oriental handmade carpets in Egypt.
The motivation behind his venture was too warm peoples’ homes by crafting a unique piece for them.
Khairy senior started applying his vision by opening up a factory where he started crafting unique pieces to the country side and rural areas across Egypt.
Based on the former manufacturing success, his individual and distinct vision held strong. Further on, he proceeded with expanding the factory and manufacturing high quality handmade carpets with several different designs.
Today- The sacred knowhow of the art is passed on from our masters to our children.
This inherited knowledge is internally shared from one hand to the other, personally ensuring the dedication for fine detail and the mastering of skills needed for high quaility carpets.
With each hand crafted piece, our story grows richer and warmer allowing our plant to grow steady and strong.
